At Earthwise Seed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn garments in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
